Sadapp (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is operated from Switzerland (see Impressum). This Privacy Policy explains which data we process, why, and for how long. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

6. Alpha and beta access requests
When you request access on our landing page we store your name, email address, optional company, the use case you describe, the program you asked for, and the review status. We use this data only to decide on and manage your access and to contact you about it.
Requests are not shared with third parties. Reviewed requests are deleted automatically 365 days after the decision, and unanswered requests 365 days after submission. You can ask us to delete your request earlier at any time.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions, security (for example two-factor authentication and rate limiting), and short-lived sign-up access codes. These cookies cannot be disabled because the service does not work without them.
If you agree in the cookie banner, we additionally load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand how the public pages are used. Analytics is off until you opt in. IP addresses are anonymised, and Google sets the cookies _ga and _gid. Data may be transferred to the USA under the safeguards Google provides.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies on this domain.
8. Staff access to your workspace
Our operators only look into a workspace to resolve support requests or incidents. Such access is time-limited, requires a documented reason, is logged, and is visible to you under Settings → Security.
9. Retention
Monitoring data is kept for a limited time, for example raw agent metrics for 7 days, check results for 30 days, and hourly rollups for up to 400 days. Deleted accounts are removed after the grace period shown in your account settings. Audit records needed for security and legal obligations may be kept longer.
