• Use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service to monitor infrastructure without authorization

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Your Data: You retain all rights to the infrastructure data and monitoring configurations you provide.

Our Rights: You grant us the right to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Data Security: While we implement security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Sadapp provides monitoring and alerting services based on the data from your infrastructure. However:

• Alerts may be delayed or incomplete
• The Service may experience downtime or interruptions
• Delivery of notifications is not guaranteed
• You are responsible for implementing backup monitoring solutions
• We are not responsible for infrastructure incidents that occur while the Service is unavailable

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor systems without authorization
• Collect data about infrastructure you do not own or operate
• Facilitate illegal activities
• Create excessive computational load
• Attempt unauthorized access or penetration testing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

AS-IS BASIS:

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

NO GUARANTEES:

We do not guarantee:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All alerts will be delivered
• All monitoring data will be accurate
• The Service will meet your requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for infrastructure incidents
• We are not responsible for your implementation decisions

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• If you violate these Terms
• If you engage in unauthorized monitoring
• For non-payment (if applicable)
• At our discretion with notice
