Notification Gateways

A gateway stores provider configuration at account scope so the same destination can be reused by multiple server policies.

Draft and saved profiles can be tested from Settings before they are assigned to production alerts.

Server notification policies select a gateway and define thresholds, message templates, and optional recovery delivery.

Messages are emitted on state transitions rather than repeatedly while a server remains in the same alert state.

A policy is marked sent only after its provider confirms delivery. Use notification history to distinguish provider failures from policy evaluation.
