Profiles and Identity

Your account profile supplies the display name, email identity, and avatar shown across authenticated workspaces.

Profile changes are managed in Settings and take effect without changing server ownership or team access.

Each managed device has a stable route key alongside operator-facing hostname, location, description, class, and monitoring protocol.

Agent invitations bind identity on first telemetry delivery. SNMP devices can be enriched with a discovered hostname after polling begins.

• Ownership controls administrative access to a device.
• Team assignments extend access without changing the owning account.
• Public visibility should be enabled only for intentionally shared status data.
